 + -1 moreWe were called the morning of the appointment and was asked if the appointment could be pushed back until 1:30. We agreed that would be fine. My mom and I waited all afternoon and he never showed (he already had the address). My mom called him at 4:00 and he said I tried to call you to let you know we were coming, but you didn't answer or call back. Now, if you have already rescheduled the first appointment for another time why didn't you just come as you said. I was visiting my mom and was leaving to go back home the next morning and he stated to my mom it was too late and he would come the next day. She explained to him I was leaving the next morning that's why we had scheduled for Friday (remember it was only 4:00 in the afternoon when she called him) and he said no they would be there on Saturday if she still wanted an estiminate. I told her to schedule I would hold off going home until they came. You really would think they would make her early because they were a NO SHOW (guess you could say twice in one day since they called and pushed her apponintment time back) nope told her sometime between 9:00 and noon. He did show right at noon (on his motorcycle with his wife which really wasn't a problem just unprofessional) ready to enjoy his Saturday. They were very nice, measured and said he would get the estimate to my mom on Monday. Well that was May 20, 2017 and today is June 26, 2017 and still no estimate!!! No problem though because the gutters have been completed by someone else and my mom is very happy. Boy, I guess Economy has so much business they can treat people the way they want. Good luck if you decide to use them I sure won't and I won't refer them to any one.

Description of Work: Initially showed up on time and did a good job, I thought. Charged $995 for new gutters and then said we needed flashing for an additional $225. (I later found out that this amount was way over-inflated.) The flashing still did not fix the issue we had with water running between the house and the gutters. Also, the flashing is now buckled up in several places and looks just awful. My mom and I called them several times afterwards (it is impossible to get them on the phone!) and left messages, which were NEVER RETURNED. When I finally by luck reached them on the phone, they told me that due to the storms in our area we were not top priority and would have to wait. They said they would put us "on the list" and I told them fine. This was almost 2 months ago and we have not heard back from them at all. IF THEY HAD COME BACK PROMPTLY TO FIX THE FEW MINOR PROBLEMS, THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN "A" OVERALL GRADE. However, once they collected our money that was it. I have been told by other contractors that I would have to be a squeaky wheel to get them to come back. That is not how professionals should operate.
