Rich did a person visit to the location and viewed the area for fencing. He discussed options and answered questions we had. He returned to install the fence in a timely manner and spent time working with me and my dogs in using the new system. He took the time to walk me through the whole information about the system. They worked quickly and were great with my dogs even when one of them( my dog) had stolen and eaten his (Rich's) lunch earlier in the day.

The whole installation went perfectly. We talked about my needs and expectations of the location of the fence. When it was installed we had detailed training instructions and maintainence.
