BILLY DAVIS INDEPENDENT REPAIRMAN

Description of Work: Our furnace was making a loud rattling noise. Billy was to come over, look at it, fix it, very simple. However, Billy came over, found out the problem went to get the part, wrote up an invoice, we paid him. After he got the money he stated there was one thing left to do, he would get the other part and be back that week to replace it, it's been over 3 weeks, he doesn't return phone calls, he hasn't came back to complete the job, but already has the money. After close to a month, we finally got him to answer the phone by blocking our number on his caller id, he called me several vulgar names, advised that if we got off our fat asses we could bend over and fix this ourselves, he advised we had no proof he was here, because we paid in cash. HOWEVER that is where he is mistaken, we have 1 page of hand written receipts from Mr. Davis with his KENTUCKY LICENSE NUMBER, his address, his phone number, and the work he was suppose to be done. I have filed a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Kentucky with his license number, I work for an attorney, who is going to send him a not so nice letter, and I'm either taking him to small claims or I will make sure every single person in this area knows not to hire this man to come into their home to do any kind of work.
