Very professional on telephone. The manager sounds like they know the business, they know what they're doing. The execution is another story. Sometimes they did a decent job. Sometimes it was sloppy, with equipment left around a dirty pool. Sometimes they didn't show up at all, especially with the smaller pool (in the second location). In all fairness, the large pool had a locked gate around it and they would have to coordinate service around days when it would be opened. I think it's a problem of a decent company with unreliable help. They're one of the better companies in town, but I'm not sure that says much.

They take care of my pool and hot tub which is open all year around. They check the water levels and the wear of the parts. They'll also order the parts if they don't have them on the spot. I've never had them come out the house, I go to the store for my personal needs. They have been very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable!
