Pricing was competative with similar vendors.
The provider communicated through all phases of the scheduled work.
The finished product exceeded all expectations. Absolutely gorgeous floor finish when the work was completed. No camparison to laminate or vinyl products.
Cannot say enough good things about the provider's attitude and quailty workmanship.
Intend to hire for future projects.
"Thank you, [member name removed], for your sincere and honest comments! Our company values your opinion, especially since you have used Bailey Floor in the past. We appreciate it very much!"
"The other side! This customer,[member name], was very difficult to work with, to say the least! The project lasted way too long, approximately 7 months, mainly due to [member name] not allowing the employees into her home until she and her husband returned from work at 2:00 p.m.! The company manager, Jarrod, responded to her call of a water leak in her kitchen at 10:00 p.m. one evening. She has wood floors in her kitchen and he was helping keep them from ruining. Any responsible company would do the same. The custom-crafted kitchen cabinets are beautiful and fit appropriately. Anyone in construction understands that some walls in homes are not always level, so adjustments must be made. Her cabinets were professionally installed and look so nice! I believe she knows that too! The installers and refinshers of this project kept going to [member name] house to repair and redo! The job was never going to end and they had other projects commited to customers. It became obvious that she was never going to be pleased! I am the daughter that [member name] refers to in her review. I witnessed our refinisher crawling on the floor trying to find the scratches about which she complained in her living room. He found the tiny scratches and refinished them on the spot. [member name] actually walked through one area not dry, so it had to be refinished again!!! She blamed our men for making the scratches in the first place, because she stated that no one else in her family uses that room, so it had to be them! I witnessed [member name] telliing our manager at one point, to "shut his mouth and get out of her house"! To my knowledge, these installers acted professionally at all times, even when it became difficult to reason with this customer. I believe the bottom-line was that it was time to pay the final installment, and [member name] was going to pick this project to death! She had a beautiful project completed and should have been very proud of it. Her home is just lovely. In the beginning, [member name] had requested my dad's company, Bailey Floor, to do her work after she had visited his house and looked at his beautifully hand-carfted cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as all his hardwood flooring. I believe she received the same quality of craftmansship in her home, as my dad's. Lastly, my extreme disappointment in [member name] is personal. She was dealing with my father, Carl Bailey(company owner), who during this entire project was dying with liver cancer at the age of 93, of which she was aware, and continued to aggraviate him. Therefore, the sole reason that I showed up at her house was to get this project finished and allow my dad some peace of mind during his final days. [member name] posted her Angie's List review on October 9th and my father died on October 1st. I'm sure she knew he had passed....what kind of person does this? My dad was a man of faith so he would tell us to just pray for her! The"
"I apologize that your experience was disappointing, as it was with our company, as well. Your project took place in October, 2012, during the time that the company owner, Carl Bailey, at the age of 92, was ill with cancer and being "taken advantage of" from a couple of employees. Mr. Bailey passed away one year later. These employees no longer work for the company. Today, Bailey Floor Company, LLC is being managed by Jarrod Amburgey, a very dedicated individual who is commited to high quality work, and has hired employees who see to it. We feel that we have a professional team! We have been receiving comments from satisified customers that are very rewarding. I believe you would not be disappointed today!"
"Thank you for your comment and taking the time to write a review of our work! We strive to please our customers, and are so happy that you are pleased with your floors! We appreciate having you as our customer!"
