Our new double-wide home came with new Whirlpool appliances. Our fridge would not get cold on recommended number to keep our food/drinks cold. We had already had a different company come out without any help. The workman was very respectful, and actually listened to what I said what was wrong. I was very impressed with the serviceman. And the secretary at the store, she also was very nice and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone with Whirlpool appliances in the Ky/Tn line area, They work on different models also, they are over the top. It was refreshing with the professionalism I received. There was more to what he had to do than just replace the thermostat.
