They did an excellent job. He had a lot of patience as I got the pavers my self and it took some time to get them in and he worked with me on that. He cleaned up really good and I would definitely hire him again.

We hired Mike to remodel our upstairs bathroom and install a walk in shower. Our home is over 70 years old and in the process problems arose with our kitchen ceiling, which was below this bathroom. Weak supports the floor were discovered and some of the bathroom drains needed to be rerouted. It ended up that our upstairs floor needed reinforced, the kitchen ceiling was lowered over the cabinets to accommodate the dropped pipes, and new drywall and painting was completed. Our bathroom was also finished with a new laminate floor,new fixtures, and a beautifully tiled shower. We were very happy with the work. Even though there were several unexpected problems, the job was well done in the end.

Not well. Mike was very flighty with actions and not committed fully to do the job when arrived. He told me the day before his plan and the next day he had made other plans to work me in, in getting this done..He had told me the day before he needed 2 guys to the job and he showed up the next day by his self. He looked at the job and told me he needed a 10 ft. Ladder and that someone had took his ladder and he didn’t know where it was. He said he had had a 10 ft. And 12 ft. And both were gone. So Mike said because of this he would have to wait till the next day to finish the job and that he needed help. So I said ok. He showed up the next day by his self with amazingly a 12 ft. Ladder that he said had been stolen, then he gets here then says you know, I really need a second person to help me, so he left and came back a couple hours later with another guy. They eventually got is hung.. But, I would never use this guy again.. To undependable. To scatter brained to do a job he commits to.. Very unorganized.

"I'm sorry you feel that way. I had no idea, please let me explain. It might be once every 2 years that I need a 12-foot A-frame ladder. Someone took it upon themselves to borrow my ladder, not a major dilemma I had it back that evening. I had mentioned your Chandelier looked heavy and I would need a helper. [Member Name Removed] (your husband) and yourself insisted he could help. Which could shave some money off of the bid of $150. Correct? Once I reached the top of a 12 foot ladder and had to reach out to pick up on what seemed to be a 50 lb Chandelier, I realized your husband was not going to be able to climb a ladder and help me. I take full responsibility for that. This was my fault for letting you dictate how to run my operation. I only did so assuming that I was going to be able to manage on my own, but there was no way, not this time. At that point I told you I would take care of it this evening in which I did. I am a small business that achieves high-end quality, takes pride and has consideration for my customers. On most jobs I go above and beyond my estimate to assure satisfaction, I finish the job on good terms. I have always said my reputation is worth more to me than your money. I had no idea that you felt this way, damaging my reputation over a chandelier is not acceptable. Especially $125, I even gave you $25 off the estimate for your inconvenience, and that inconvenience was that I could not help you right away."

My name is Mike and researched someone to go to my ex wife's house to disassemble a bunk bed and needed the work done on the same day. Mike was just finishing another job and would take him an hour drive. After talking to him he decided to do it and Lan said he was very professional, courteous, and the price paid was very fair. I would hire him again and would recommend his services in a heartbeat.

Mike is a great guy! He is a protectionist. If he doesn't like what he's doing, he will tear it up and re-do it. He is very responsible and arrives when he promises. If he has to put in extra time on something he stays and gets it done. I would give him an A with about ten plus signs behind it. He will always check everything out and make sure you are satisfied before he leaves. He is the best around.

Very professional estimate. Showed up as promised and work site totally maintained. It work itself was first rate right down to the finishing. No short cuts were taken. Extra things not in detailed bid, but required to pass code were accomplished without question or charge. Kept me informed of what he was doing and why throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Mike and his crew on any interior project.
