they stayed on job until it was completed, they were honest and very responsive to any requests. I obtained several bids, they were not the cheapest but their availability and responses to all inquiries was the deciding factor. we will definitely consider for future jobs.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
Steve and his crew were outstanding! They called me back immediately to come and give me an estimate on putting in new concrete on my driveway and taking out my old front steps and putting in new ones. They completed the entire job in 3 days including cleanup, painting my foundation in areas where the concrete had nicked it up. They put sod and grass seed down around the edges of the driveway as needed, from using the Bobcat. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to anyone. The entire crew was so nice as well. As for price, I did not compare, but for me the price was worth it because of the outstanding job they did!

They do require a 50% down payment at the beginning of the job and 50% at the end of the job. They do not take credit cards and did a fine job.

Wow! I emailed them on Saturday and they had the work completed (step repair) by Wednesday! They actually came out earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and it only took an hour or so to finish the job. Will definitely recommend!

I have read the previous reviews for Walz and Son. Everything said in those reviews is true. I own a 115 year old house in Covington. Over the years my sidewalks around the house had shifted towards the house. Every time it rained, I had weeping walls and wet floors in my basement. Steve and his crew came in gave me new sidewalks all around the perimeter of the house. They replaced the old beat-up basement windows with glass block windows. They also tuckpointed and sealed the foundation and replaced my front steps with a new set of steps. EXCELLENT JOB!

We asked Steve and his crew to enlarge our patio, lay down a sidewalk and build a small wall for the front of the house to provide us with a courtyard. Steve and his crew were prompt every morning. We discussed our plans each day before they began work and Steve was most accommodating. He and his crew provided us with options and suggestions when necessary. The wall especially is lovely-already we have neighbors photographing the wall and wanting to add this to their home also. Would definitely recommend this business!

We had 2 chimneys. The smalerl one was only moderately damaged, the other much larger chimney need to be rebuilt from the roof up. They were prompt and professional. They worked non stop and completed most of the work within 9 hours. I received their estimate the day after contacting them and they finished the job that week. Very happy and would definitely recommend them/

I had my chimney replaced, this is not listed as an option. Walz was able to get to us in less than a week, had the weather been warmer they would have been able to do our chimney earlier. I hope to never need my chimney fixed again, but I would definitely contract them again.
