When he came out for the estimate he was 45 min late. I called him and he then said he was running late from another job. He quoted us 725 to paint the bathroom and master bedroom including removing some mold outside shower. When he came for estimate he said he would remove mirrors in bathroom, etc.. On day of the painting, he had his 2 workers arrive on time and he arrived about 30 min later.. The bedroom looked beautiful with the exception of a couple places.. The bathroom, on the other hand, turned out awful. So bad that the next night we painted the entire bathroom again ourselves. It was still wet when he left and he said give it till morning. He never did take down the mirrors, which we did and there were smears of paint, white spots etc. I wanted to call him and have him fix it but my boyfriend was so mad that he preferred to do it himself. We had booked Gary to come back a few weeks later to paint main room and kitchen, small bath, etc. He quoted us a price and said he would send proposal in a couple days. When he sent proposal I was going to respond with pictures and explain why we wouldn't be using him. Long story short, he did not contact me until day before wanting to know pain colors. I responded with how he did a below average job, provided pictures, etc. he then apologized and said he wished he would have let him fix it. He asked how long it took, the amount of money on supplies and that he would reimburse. He asked where to send the check to and said he would be sending us 250.00 of reimbursement. Keep in mind that I never asked for the money but he said he stood by his work, etc. well, that money never came. I was not going to write a review but two wrongs do not make a right. I do not understand why you would do such a poor job when you know we would be using you for various projects in the future. And then to say you were sending money and not even follow through on that is not ok. I am in ER nurse and take care of sick people everyday and this really got to me.

They are a local company. It was all right and as expected. There wasn't anything new and no surprises. It was satisfactory. They measured and ordered the windows from a manufacturer. Their expertise is in windows and they had a very good price. We would recommend them for windows.
