After talking to people they told me to make a Facebook page against him then he tried to sue me and it is constitution rights right of free speech I made him look like an idiot in the courtroom he had people driving past my house every other day harassing me the whole nine yards he is the worst dealership in Cincinnati Ohio I will never ever go to him again he screwed my life up and I'm seeing Health doctor because of him destroyed my life and I finally starting to get my life back my Facebook page on him is Mike Castscrewie Ford he owe me money he lies in his commercials watch out please.

When I went to talk to him about the truck. Whoever had the truck before hand must of taken good care of it and it only had about 74k miles on it. I heard a sound in the engine and they said they needed a timing chain and guide issue in the engine. I made the appointment 3 weeks later to get it repaired. They called and asked if they could keep it for a couple additional days due to it having more problems with the engine. I declined but they stated they already had the engine out due to some new problems. I asked if they were going to put a new engine in. They stated no. I asked if they were going to put a rebuilt engine in and they stated no on that as well. What they did was go to a salvage yard and put that engine in that looks like it had been sitting behind someones garage for 30 years. On my way home after picking it up once the work was done the check engine light came on. I took it back the next day and they stated its going to cost another 1500 to fix it. I explained they stated they would fix the engine if I paid in full with purchase. The manager stated no they are not going to due to them already having 5k into the engine and they stated they would take it down to 500 and I said no they stated they would fix it with the purchase. They would never fix it. It is now well over a year and a half and it is sitting in my front yard. They have not and will not fix it even though they stated they would when I purchased the truck. The only way they will fix it is if I pay more money. I would not buy a new or used car from this dealership.

Even when I have an appointment, I have to wait a while. It's helpful that they will drop me off at my house and pick me up when the car is ready.

I've never had any problems with them. They schedule me right in and provide good work.

Do yourself a favor do not buy anything from these people.

Overall, I will continue utilizing Mike Castrucci Ford, Alexandria, Kentucky for auto service. Based upon my experience I would entertain the purchase of a new Ford vehicle from this location, obviously depending upon the price.

Dealt mostly with Jeff Cheser and had a very good experience. Jeff was knowledgeable and courteous. He was professional and not pushy. Got my questions answered and researched those that he couldn't answer on the spot. No dirty tricks. I highly recommend this dealership.
