Matt was to replace a two speed pump but he put in a one speed. It took four months for him to come back and replace with the correct two speed. When he arrived at house, he did not alert me he was here since he was embarrassed it took so long. He put the replacement in and it does not pump correctly. At least he could have told me he was at my house and covered with me since I was home at the time. Poor service. Terrible service. Bad follow up. Not a good company to deal with.
