Everything went alright when they were putting the roof on, it was when shingles came loose that we had a leak on the ceiling! Then quite a few shingles came off,

THE OWNER IS FRIENDLY AND SUPERVISES THE WORK PERSONALLY ON SITE. WE DID EXPERIENCE SOME DIFFICULTY: WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO GET THE WORK SCHEDULED, OUR PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED. HOWEVER, AFTER WE MADE LAYCOCK AWARE OF OUR FRUSTRATION, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO US.
