Removed tree, cleaned up and really couldn't tell they had been there.

Wayne and his crew removed both trees, plus another dead tree that was still standing. They were friendly, professional, cleaned up all the brush. It amazed me how quickly they worked! I will certainly refer them to friends.

The provider started and completely the job remarkably quickly. Originally, the owner was going to come over on a Sunday morning just to give an estimate. He called the preceding Saturday morning (one day earlier). Not only was the owner able to provide an estimate on the spot, but he also called in a crew of at least four men who had just finished another job nearby, and they came over in less than five minutes. They finished the whole job in about an hour. The owner offered a discount of $150 off the original $1,150 estimate, if we paid in cash, which we did, eventually. The owner was very courteous and did not ask for any payment before doing the work. The crew removed all of the tree limbs it had cut and ground the stump of the dead White Ash tree to a fairly fine mulch. Overall, we are quite happy with the results. The punctuality of the crew and the friendliness of the owner exceeded our expectations, and we received a good value for the price. We would hire the provider again for future tree service.

I called Kremer Tree service, within a couple of hours my phone call was returned. Wayne Kremer advised me he would be at my home the following day, late afternoon to take a look. He arrived within five minutes of the time he quoted. I had him remove the limb right there and then. Once he removed the limb and other debris he raked up leaves and twigs that were on the scattered about the limb. He was very personable and professional.

All went well.  Wayne was prompt regarding the bid, the bid was reasonable (based on other bids received) and work was scheduled promptly after I accepted the bid.  On the day of service Wayne and his crew were prompt, professional, efficient and effective at their tasks. They left the work site in good condition when they were done with the job and were respectful of he property.

Kremer Tree services was very professional, timely and responsive.  He had a team of 3 or 4 guys that were able to finish the job in one day.  He came a week prior and gave an estimate and was able to fit us in quickly, although it was January.  All the trees were cut down and placed neatly in stacks so we could load them into a truck.  He was much more reasonably priced than two other estimates that we received.  We will be using Kremer Tree services again.
