I was quoted prices many times his for the same work. No one came even close to the quote. Dan apparently has been in the business for 15 years and after seeing how much overhead and exorbitant profit margins almost all of the window companies have, he decided to have a "honest, fairly priced, only the work you need" approach to the industry. Despite a thriving 100% referral business, he returned all calls promptly, showed up on time and finished before promised and at a price less than he quoted! Then when we found out that they did door work, he quickly checked out the opportunities we had with a few doors. He fixed a couple of things while looking at them (no charge!) then came up with a few creative solutions for much less than others. I can't believe the difference in price. When neighbors saw what was done and shared the prices and service they had to put up with, I knew I had to post this. This company is exemplary and excellent in every facet of the customer experience.
