I'm a disabled senior lady on a small income and needed to get a newer laptop. Andrew has a smooth spiel over the phone and stupidly I put my trust in him especially since he started talking about being a christian. He convinced me his "Like new, refurbished HP laptop" would be great and gave him $500 cash for one on 3-17-21. First time with it I discovered the @key didn't even work! OMG! Many calls and emails later he & his father haven't responded. I just want them to do the right thing & give me my $500 cash back to I can get a fully functional laptop and they can have their junk back. This is a very bad business folks..AVOID!! Go anywhere but here for anything!! Filthy store inside too. Toxic!!
