Perfectionist and attention to detail, perfect lines between paint and stain.
Staining turned out very well despite the varied wood species I have with the remodel that was done (pine treads, oaks newels/rails, poplar rail runners)
Perfect paint job everywhere else.
Price was very reasonable and bids timely with detail.
Greg is very friendly and timely in his communication for planning and executing the job.  Never missed or was delayed.  Did what he said he would do and when he said he'd do it.
He did twice as much than was originally planned to do, and finished before the holiday.  Originally was going to do the painting only of the foyer/halls.  My stairs were finished ahead of schedule and he fit the staining/painting in which was a large chunk of work.
Definitely recommend. 

He did a great job, an excellent job! I must have been happy with the reviews and then he wasn't that far away. When he came over for the estimates, he was just a good guy to talk with. He worked by himself and I liked that. He didn't have a crew, he did all the work himself. I've already recommended him to three other people.

It could not have been more perfect! Greg painted our great room, living room, dining room, kitchen, entry hall, upstairs loft bedroom and hallway. He had ladders to do the cathedral ceilings and they were perfectly done. He repaired the tiniest of cracks very efficiently. He arrived early and worked by himself all day. He was extremely pleasant and seemed to really enjoy his work.

Greg was very flexible as for my wife is picky. His work is good and he is a pleasurable man to work with.

Greg did an excellent job. All work was done as promised and when scheduled. He pays attention to the details.

Everything went very well, Mr Beagle was prompt, very well spoken, provided a detailed estimate and was very helpful in choosing the right colors. The work hasn't been performed yet but after meeting Mr Beagle i am very confident that he will deliver.

Update;
Mr Beagle scheduled a day to paint the trim and arrived early but not too early and put in a long day to finish the job. Mr Beagle is very neat and answers questions easily he goes about his work diligently. I am very pleased with the results and will hire Beagle painting again when the need arises.

He gave us an estimate and our color swatches. We picked out colors and then he came and painted. He did a fine job. He painted and he was clean. He cleaned any mess. His price was fair.

Greg Beagle stopped by and gave estimate on day of original call. He started on planned date and finished on planned date. Work was excellent.

Promptly arrived to provide cost estimate and schedule. Delayed starting only because of lots of rain in June. Total time for completion slightly more than two weeks. Extremely personable and very professional. Did not rush job. Used high quality materials. Greg is a great worker and a very nice person.

It went very well-Greg is very helpful and professional and did a great job! He was very detail oriented and cleaned everything up after-i didn't even find any stray paint chips after he did the scraping prep work! I found him here on Angie's List and was very pleased with the job. Would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

I called 3 painters for estimates and Greg's was the best estimate we got - detailed down to the last window. He came out promptly for the estimate and when hired, gave me an estimate of when he could do the job. Greg called about a month before to let me know what his schedule looked like - so I would have a better idea of when he could begin. He painted entire exterior of our large 2 story Drees home that hadn't been painted for 13 years. He scraped, puttied, and made repairs along the way (we have wood windows too!). He was very nice, prompt, courteous, and paid great attention to detail! He even helped custom blend a paint color with his supplier for me when the 1st color didn't look right. I had to wait a few months before he could begin the job because he was booked- but it was so worth the wait! I will definitely use Beagle again.

I called Greg in the spring and he was already booked so he could not get to me until the fall. The job was actually finished on November 30. He responded very quickly and came out to give me a bid. I got three bids. One was much higher than Greg and one was about the same but they wanted to pressure wash the wood, which I did not like. Greg did all hand scraping to remove the loose paint. Once he started work he was there about every day that the weather was okay to work until the job was finished. He did a very good job scraping the paint and was very detailed in his paint, even using a small artist brush to get into small places. He kept me informed about the progress on the job and always cleaned up at the end of the day so that if not for the paint on the house you wouldn't know he had been there. The paint job is great and really makes the house "pop" and should last for a long time. We will probably use Greg for some interior work coming up.

Fantastic. I got other estimates and they were out of this world. Greg Beagle does wonderful work for a very reasonable price.

He gave me a detailed quote on his first visit, and showed up when he said he would, after we hired him for the job. I am very pleased with the work, and I would hire him again.

I HAD BEAGLE PAINTING PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME PREVIOUSLY AND WAS SO SATISFIED, I HAD THEM COME BACK AND PAINT INSIDE MY HOME. IN ADDITION, I HAD GREG GIVE ME A BID ON SOME INTERIOR PAINTING I NEEDED DONE, AND I JUST CALLED HIM YESTERDAY TO HAVE HIM BACK TO DO THAT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
