J & C ENT / SOFTUB

The tub has leaked from the first day it was sent back to us and we hooked it up. We have been in contact with the owner on 5 occasions and our tub is still not usable. When we filled it the first time, we found that he left a plastic ring inside, under the liner...then as we filled it up it began to leak. We also found one of the jets loose. He sent a tool for us to use to tighten the jet but it still leaks all over the floor. It cost us $200.00 to ship it one way. We have already driven it down to him once and paid to have it shipped. We feel that it is his responsibility to come here and repair the tub. He is refusing to make good on this. We have contacted Softub for their assistance but have not heard back from them. We will seek damages with small claims. We want everyone to be warned that this company has no integrity and do not stand behind their work. Since we have not heard from Softub, it is likely that the franchise doesn't stand behind it either.
