I first met Bill Perdue (the owner) when I dropped off a push mower for my cousin. He was extremely nice, and, much to my surprise, delivered the mower to Franklin the next day even though I assumed I would have to pick it up. When he delivered it, I told him I had two riding lawn mowers that were not running. He took both back to his shop, and in two days had both repaired and the blades sharpened and delivered them back to Franklin One needed a new starter and fuse, the other needed a new battery. Total cost was about $200. He is the nicest, most conscientious person I've dealt with for small engine repair. I highly recommend Bill and will use him for annual tuneups or future repairs since he works quickly and goes above and beyond the usual service.. Note that he does business in Tennessee as well.
