Santa's Christmas Lights was so easy to work with. He is prompt and very respectful. The lights were up in no time and are beautiful.

I called late in the season, they promised to be out in 2-3 days, Sunday evening I came home to see lights on my house! Bill was taped to front door. Absolutely will continue to use them for the years to come. They purchase the lights, install them, take them down, store them for next year . . . . and any lights that need replaced, they will do so! As simple as saying, "put up my lights please".

The person who took my order was not diligent in passing along pertinent information to the estimator who provided the estimate (i.e., that I needed to be home when they were there & wanted lights all the way around my house -- only gave estimate for front of house). Then, the estimator also did not pass along pertinent information to the representative who actually installed the lights (that I wouldn't be home until after 1:00 p.m. [he called me at noon and said he was on his way]. It ended up costing me triple the price. I likely will not use them next year.

He was EXTREMELY professional. He did a great job!! I just think it cost a lot to have someone hang light but it's basically the same price all around. He did quote me a cheaper price before looking at the job at hand and honored that price.

Reliable and did a great job!

This is the first year we have used Santa's Christmas lights, so the cost was a couple hundred dollars higher than it will be next year. Service was great, the lights went up and down each in less than a day. Te invoicing was very professional, did not ask for any money up front, received follow up call from the office for internal QC. Assuming they show every year, I will be using them for years to come. The cost is a bit high, but given the time it takes for me to do it myself, my fear of heights, and the quality of work, it was well worth it.

The lights were great. He arrived when he said he would,. and followed through on all of his committments. I plan to hire him again next year.
