Tree Removal
We agreed on $ 2000.00 to take the tree to the ground and he would haul all of the debris (Limbs) away. He requested half down to rent a bucket which I gave him a week later he and his wife showed up around 9 a.m. took down a few limbs left around 2 p.m. Showed up the next around 9 a.m. I don't think they did any work I talked to him upon his arrival and he informed me the lift owner was showing up soon to take the lift to his shop (The bucket was broken) and he would bring in a replacement. Then he asked me for the balance I told him no but I would give him half ($500.00) I left the house to run some errands and got back around noon (my wife was home) The lift was gone they were gone and all the debris was here. I called him several times leaving messages. Never heard from him again.
