I spent for materials and labor. His name is Herman Visocsky. He is like a multipurpose handyman. He does virtually everything. He is self-employed and a really good worker. He is in Winchester, Kansas. I'm having quite a bit of work done by him in my Kansas home. His price is very fair considering the work that he does. I'm not local to my home in Kansas, and I can trust that he's going to do the work without having anyone check up on him. He would still do quality work without having anyone check on his work. He is in the process of getting estimates for roof replacement. He has been in constant contact with me in reference to the roof work. Once I choose a company to do my roof work, he is actually going to keep an eye on the job for me to make sure that it is done correctly. He will eventually be doing some tile work for me. He has provided me with an estimate for it. He has also given me estimates to do numerous things in my Kansas house. If at all he cannot do some work he has connections with people that can actually do it. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to basic home repair and upgrades. He is trustworthy. The renter that I had in my home has said that he is the nicest and most considerate worker that she has ever seen. She has lived in my house for four years now, and I trust her with her opinion. He was very accommodating to her in her schedule, and got the work done on time and very quickly. He has been fantastic.
