I was really impressed with the service at Yost. They had someone drive me all the way back to my apartment on the other side of town and then picked me up when the car was ready. The owner's son showed me a part they switched out on the computer (since I wasn't familiar with it) and then showed me exactly where the oil leak was so I would know what to keep an eye on. They also bolted my broken headlight into place (someone had hit in a parking lot and broken the bracket that attaches it to the body), instead of telling me I needed to replace the whole light for hundreds of dollars like everyone else had. The whole experience was very low-stress and pleasant. I can't recommend them enough.

Yost gave me the number of a towing service to get my car to them. They had a service technician on my car's repairs as soon as the car got into their shop. Repairs were made and I'm very happy with the work and help they gave me. They went out of their way to make an unpleasant situation as livable as possible.

They quoted him a price, which was better than a couple of other places he had consulted, and they were very prompt with service, got him in and out of there in a very short time. We were very satisfied with the cost and with the quality of the repair.

I had used Yost a few times, never being real thrilled with the service but not knowing where else to go. The work I had done was fairly simple but I was always treated poorly by the receptionist. She was gruff and very rude. The service was fine but incredibly slow.
It came time to purchase new tires. I went through them since I had experience using them and all had gone fine so far. They never tried to upsell me which I was thrilled with. I purchased 4 new tires (around $800) and had them installed. Things were fine for a few months until my car started shaking terribly. I tried making an appointment to have them rechecked, but gave up after the receptionist was, once again, rude to me. I went to another auto service place and it turned out my tires were wrecked. The alignment was off and the tires were bald on the sides, causing my car to vibrate. I called Yost to let them know, thinking maybe they'd check my alignment and make things right with the tires.
I was told they would do nothing. The car was fine after they'd put the tires on and that was that, the rest was my problem.
Completely appalled. I will never use Yost again.

We have used Yost for years and no matter what they have done has be excellent.

Had our 1988 truck worked on. We had a door that was dented from an accident and was difficult to open and close. Had them do whatever maintenance was necessary to the vehicle at the same time since it was running rough. I had always had trouble shifting into reverse since we purchased it used. Other mechanics did nothing to change that. I can now EASILY shift into reverse. The truck has never run better, and the door works perfectly. I am a happy person! They are the nicest people to work with--that means everyone there. I will certainly return for all maintenance from now on.

Wonderfully. The auto center is very personable and will do what it takes to fix your car. If there are problems, they'll help you out again. Unfortunately, if you have to go back, they're going to charge again. Their prices are better than the competition.

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received at Yost automotive! After experiencing some issues with my pickup on the way back to work after lunch, I was able to limp it over to Yost Auto before it completly died. I was very concerned because I knew this type of diagnosis and repair wasn't something that shops can ususally get to the same afternoon and I was scheduled to use my truck the very next day to begin moving my family to our new home. Not great timing! But the folks at Yost were very nice and extremly accomadating to my situation. They were able and willing to "squeeze" me in that same afternoon! And the pricing for the job was very reasonable, not what I expect from most shops... Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience in all aspects. It was also nice to get to speak with the owner as I waited for my ride. He was very friendly and reassuring.
Their efforts really blessed our family and in return they have gained a new (and loyal) customer!

We've used Yost Auto Service for a number of repairs on three vehicles, and have always been very happy with them. They are honest about needed repairs and have excellent standards for customer service from the receptionist to the owner! It's imperative for me to know I can trust their service, and I have happily recommended them to family and friends.
We've had A/C repaired on one vehicle, tires on another, oil changes, and various repairs to a third vehicle. We purchased a minivan from Yost and have been very pleased with it. We will continue to be loyal customers because Yost Auto Service is loyal to their customers!

FINALLY after years of using other auto service shops i found one that is trustworthy, feasible and easy to work with. Took my 2001 jeep wrangler in to another shop for an estimate on repairs, then i took it to Yost and they bet the competitors price by several hundred dollars. I worked with Bryan Yost, Shop Manager, he was very informative and honest. My husband was impressed because when we went to pick up the jeep the owner himself came up and talked to us, he knew exactly what service had been performed and was definitely in the know about what goes on in his shop! I have been telling all my friends if they need auto repair Yost Auto Service is the bomb!!! A BIG thank you to Yost Auto Service for providing an honest service at a reasonable price ;)

It was great. They were very understanding of the financial strain and didn't treat us different for having to delay repairs.

I was impressed with their honesty! I thought I needed brake work and after they did an inspection they said the brakes are good and safe. And they tell you what they find that needs to be fixed and give you an estimate. I am very pleased with Yost automotive and recommend them to everyone.

I called Yost and talked to the receptionist and asked to speak to a mechanic. Immediatley connected and I explained my problem and I was quoted a price of $400.00 savings from dealership quote. That won me over immediately. I took my car in and within a day they checked out the car and called me back to tell me what was wrong. They said I did need an alternator and that I did have an oil leak. They explained that the oil leak issue was intensive work and that they would get it done as quickly as possible but it would be a few days before the work was complete. I expected them to have the car at least a week and they called me to let me know it was ready about 4 days later. I was thrilled with that news! I went to pick up my car and the owner personally came to talk to me about the repair work. He personally also went to get my car. The receptionist was so nice as she was processing me out and I asked her was this a family owned business and she said "yes". She gave me a very professional looking package that contained all my paperwork and told me to call them back if I had any problems. They all just seemed so nice they made you feel about they cared about you tremendously. The owner personally went to pull my car up.
