All went well.  Salesman listened to what we were looking to do and made appropriate suggestions.  Window came in earlier than expected but that was a plus.  Installation of four windows took about six hours total and installers were professional.  Only complaint is with double hung windows, when we unlock and open bottom window, top window drops a little bit so we have to close both to lock them back.

Installers did not show up on agreed upon day of installation. The office personnel were unresponsive to schedule service and follow up on service items. Window installation and product itself were satisfactory, but the finish work was terrible and had to be redone.
