Chase is the owner of WhiteNet Solutions which provides services for data networking, lightscaping, and various home services.  I called him because my sprinkler system was not working, and it turned out to be that the outlet was not working.  Chase came over the same week that I called him about the problem, and he checked the outlet for power and also the powerbox in my basement.  The solution was simple - he found the GFCI that the outlet was wired into and reset the circuit.  He walked me through everything, and would only accept payment for coming out to my house.  He was very nice to walk me through everything he was doing and explained the solution to the problem so I could try and fix it myself if it ever happened again.  I will definitely be calling him in the future.
