We are generally pretty happy with them. Apparently my auto issue was beyond a trivial problem on today's modern computerized cars. We have been using them for six years now and mostly we are pretty satisfied with them. I am guessing their pricing for the sensor was right by the book. They are the guys we use. They are not cut rate or cheap, but they are not outrageously expensive.

Recently the transmission of my Dodge Caravan quit working. I was happy that Westlink Auto was able to handle transmission issues. It seems like most general auto repair shops leave these problems to specialists. I used AAA to deliver the van to their shop, as the transmission was not working. They found that another shop who installed a hand control for brakes and gas (do to cancer I have restricted use of my legs), had created the problem. They fixed the issue for only $150. They were honest and efficient. Later I got a very nice thank you letter from the owners. Great experience - great auto shop.

I own a 2008 A6 Audi that requires a specific type of oil as well as a special device that will turn off the 'Oil Change Soon' notification on the dashboard. Before taking my car to Westlink (which was about an hour out of my way), my husband called to see if they could service our type of car as well as turn the indicator light off. We were told absolutely, 100% they could handle it. I take the car in, expecting maybe an hour tops. After the first hour came and went, with three other people waiting behind me, I was rudely called out by the receptionist. The three people waiting were complaining about their wait, and the receptionist pointed to me and said: and quot; Her car is taking us awhile, so it's going to be a bit.and quot; The third hour came and went, and finally the technician was done with my car. He brought it in, calling it a and quot;Strange beastand quot;, explaining that he had to slowly drip the oil into the tank. Absolutely unbelievable. He had not removed the plate which is held down by four simple screws, and instead somehow jury-rigged the oil to drip into the reservoir.
Not only did it take three hours, but they had the audacity to charge me over $100 for the service, claiming it took 7 quarts of oil to fill the reservoir, when in fact it only takes 6. Upon leaving and going home, I noticed the car was dripping and leaking oil all over the driveway. I then returned to the shop and demanded my money back. The only plus side to this service is the manager was willing to give me my money back. I will never take my car to this shop again.

Their price was competitive, they do good work, and they had excellent service. I went to them about 4 years ago to get new tires on another car and their service has always been great. They had to go out of their way to get the tires we wanted in stock, but they took care of it and it wasn't an issue. They understood what I wanted done and they didn't try to sell me any other products. I'll definitely be back.

Great. They offered me a couple of options, both higher and lower priced tires. I chose the lower price tires and they were installed in 45 minutes. The price quoted me was $20 higher than the actual price. They did not attempt to sell me extras. I will be going back there again.

I think the price is as good as it gets. They get A's all across the board.
