The service was "A". They were very compassionate. He did a very nice job and told me what my options were, what the possible outcomes would be and he eventually did surgery on my dog and she came out of it very well. They were very concerned and compassionate with it there, but at the same time were realistic because she was an older dog. She reached a point when we had to put her asleep and sent me a personal card which I thought was very nice. He helped me make a decision without leading me to a decision and he respected my decision as well.

I have been a client of Dr. Greg for many years and he does provide competent veterinary care. I have always felt his care was expensive. On the last visit, our dog was being seen for routine follow up of a chronic condition which requires daily medication. After requesting the possibility to have less frequent lab testing(70.00 for his own testing machine), he stated he would not provide the pills unless the testing was done. It had only been 6 months since the last test, and our understanding is that the medication dose doesn't routinely change. Also the dog was thriving and in good condition. When he was told that there was some financial hardship, his EXACT words were and quot;Well, you can get in your car and go home if you likeand quot; . The situation was demeaning, and I feel under no circumstances did it show any concern for either pet or owner. Upon further research, it is not unusual to have longer testing intervals to be acceptable, if the dog is thriving . The dose is calculated on the dogs weight, and does not vary widely on a stable dose. As we love our pet, we paid the testing , and paid for the medication(you must purchase meds from the clinic, no outside pharmacies). The test came back with the expected normal range. I understand each vet has their own approach, what prompted this negative review was the Dr.s rudeness.

Dr. Greg and his staff are wonderful, caring professionals. I have been a client of West Wichita Pet Clinic for over 16 years. I never worry about leaving my pets with the clinic when on vacation or when accessing the day care program.. I highly recommend West Wichita Pet Clinic to anyone who is looking for quality veterinarian services.

Used this provider for several years, the only down side is that he's a little pricey the other factors in his favor make up for this. Also use the facility for dog grooming. Can get quick appointment if needed.

I don't have anything good to say about any vet. My opinion is biased based on the services that they provide. You are required to have tags and medication for your animal here by law. They are friendly and they do explain their services and things with you. I don't like that they are extremely expensive.

They are a great veterinarian clinic. They have been taking care of all of my animals for years. The overall experience is not excellent, but it is good. They are expensive.
