Pool liner replacement went well.  Seems to have problems coordinating between service desk, work crews, and service manager. I had to call back several times for them to come back and remove items they had left behind. Also, they tried to charge me for an extra trip out when I had repeatly reminded them to bring a new light (this also caused a delay in re-filling the pool).My Home

My relationship is not limited to a single date, it spans over 10 years.  They are great.

Paid 50% deposit to have a new liner and a salt chlorine generation system installed. They cashed the check right away, but we didn't get a service rep to our home for 3 months. When they did show up, they were swamped and were trying to do other projects simultaneously, so we would only get them for 2 or 3 hours at a time. Called service continuously to try to get them out, but kept hearing "tomorrow" or "this week". They also did not order the liner or the salt chlorine generation system at the time we gave them the deposit, so we waited again for the equipment to arrive. The final straw was that I received an invoice for all the work this week, and they still have not completed the work! As soon as they finish, I vow to never use this company's service again.
