They just show up within a time window, they do do that. It's not a set they will sit there and say they are going to be there that day and that's kinda mean. I think there is somebody that is work easy. I think they do a good job.

It didn't work, I never saw them spraying. They could tell us when they are coming. Luckily my dogs were not out there when they treated the grass but they should let us know.

Great. Yard looks better than it ever has.

I was very unhappy with them and I will never ever let them to come in my yard again.

Our lawn deteriorated under their care including a major grub problem after they "treated" the areas. When we called to complain, they insisted that there was no problem. When my husband described what we had found, they did return but after several such problems occurred we did not renew our contract with them.

The experience was fine. He took the time to talk to my husband and clarify what he's doing and what the trees needed.

I have used Scott's for about 7 years now.  There have been no weeds in my yard since signing on to their program.  They will call and try to sell you on additional needed services but it is up to you to say yes or no.  All treatments seem to be applied at the appropriate time.  I did have a grub problem which went unnoticed by the technician so it is still important to be attentive to the conditions in the yard.  

2007 & 2008 were great. Weeds were being reduced overall each year. Driveways were kept fairly weed free, and trees were in good shape. In 2009, they had some changes and since then they driveways have weeds continually, the lawn is in worse shape now then when we started service with them and we have lost 6 trees to pests. In addition, the way they bill is confusing at best. If we had not been out of the country we would have changed services before now. (we continued service until fall 2012)
The only thing I can say to their credit is that they have always been polite and professional when we spoke to them. Unfortunately, their services have done nothing for our yard.
To clarify we spent around 2000/year.

We have used True Green the last three summers for our lawn care. Year one was fine we were satisfied with the cost and service. However the last two years have been a consent struggle. They would come treat the lawn for additional treatments that were not previously agreed to and then charge us. So madding. We had weed issues all the time. Overall poor service with a high cost. Will never use them again.

They have had problems in the past two years treating all of the property like they said they would and going to the border of the property. They promised to contact me and do a treatment, which I really needed because I had just planted grass and had weeds. They failed to contact me and were late showing up. Now the weeds are out of control. The treatment people were somewhat professional but also not very good.

I have been using them for a couple of years. They do a pretty good job. They are predictable. I have a sprinkler system. They tend to do the fertilization when they think rain is coming. They are very reliable.

I'd tell others they weren't very good.  They were supposed to spray the lawn and along the edge of the curb I got stickers.  I talked to the guy, they were supposed to come back and spray but I don't think they ever did.

We like the services provided by Scotts Lawnservice.

I quit using them because the lawn wasn't getting any better, so I didn't see the point in continuing to use them.

They charge $40 a treatment.  They also do pest control.  Their customer service is great.  They come back out if I am not happy with the treatment.  I needed someone who would manage my lawn problems a little better.  If you are looking for somebody who will do your annual treatment and stuff, I think they are fine.  I will possibly use them again in the future. 

We are on a yearly contract with them. They do a good job. They call and say they will be out tomorrow. They don't have to come in or anything. They are on a schedule so they just come and do it.

I was happy with the service they provided.

I feel scammed.

They charge a lot. It is $65 every time they come out and the overseeding is $300. They come out 5 times a year on the trees and 5 times a year on the lawn. Every time my neighbors walk by, they say that my lawn looks so good. Different people come each time. My lawn looks really good but they are pricey. They call to tell me that they are coming. I complain about the price but everything else is excellent. They do an automatic withdrawal out of my checking account.

The weed killing applications never worked.
