Mr. Scott Truett responded quickly to my call, with an inspection and detailed estimate, within 2 days. The job was completed 3 days later (after weekend). Residual materials cleanup left the work area and yard spotless. Overall very satisfactory job performance.

The installation went very well.  I came home from work and there were about a dozen men working on the roof.  They were done in a short amount of time.

Everything was fine. The workers were great. They were on time. They left the area fine. It doesn't leak. So I suppose it was good.

Told me it was too narrow at the slant to see anything.  He said he applied protection on top of the shingles involved.

It took longer than expected to get them out here, we live approximately 65 miles from Wichita, but after a two day delay, they were here on time, did the work very efficiently, and cleaned up extremely well.  We found very little debris from the work after they left, considering the amount of shingles and nails that had been removed from our old roof.  
One downside to the job was that they had backed a large trailer up to our front porch area to get all the debris and when they pulled it out after it was full, it cracked our sidewalk and left large tire tracks in the ground around the concrete.  I did report this to the person at Truett.  They offered to send out someone to fix it but I declined since I had already filled in the tracks and replanted grass and took care of the other problems with little effort.

I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and quality of work.  I will definitely use them again.

talthe repair and painting was completed in two day.

The crew showed up a little later than expected but then again we live in the middle of nowhere, but they spent about 11 hours working very steady on a very hot, muggy day.  The next day we had the guttering replaced and it was completed by the time I got home from work.

Well Done without any damage to the property.

Hail damage was in the spring.  Waited until end of the season to avoid the tight schedules / low competition period immediately after the storms. 

Estimator and office staff were professional.  Were very competitive on price.  They completed the roof replacement within 2 weeks of signed contract.    Started in the late afternoon one day, done 24 hours later.  Inspected the roof during the work and I didn't see any shortcuts.  Looked like a quality, sound job.  Roofers were courteous and safety conscious.  They swept the drive and rolled the yard for nails - I found only five or so nails around in the weeks after (which I would expect).

Gutters went in a few months later (as expected) due to winter setting in.  Got the job done on a warm break in the weather, but didn't call ahead of time before coming.  Did a professional job - everything looked clean and sound.

Would use them again.  A friend recommended them to me in the first place.  I've already recommended them to a coworker.

I must say the office help was fantastic and very helpful and made sure that I didn't have too much coming out of pocket costs. I did not deal with the roofers so I really can't say there.
The only complaint I have was that there was 3 nails laying at the beginning of  my driveway when I pulled in, and of course I didn't see them until after I pulled in.. A piece of shingle hanging from the roof on the west side of my house.But other than that I was satisfied.

Smoothly. Early start anderaly finish. Cleaned up well afterwards.

They did a good job. It's been a year now and we are pleased with the way things have held up. It took a little while for things to get started, but once it was, the job went smoothly and without issue.

The person doing the estimate was prompt, gave a great estimate, and was very professional.  On the scheduled day, no one showed, the day after, no one showed, when I called, was told they forgot to tell me they had to reschedule for a conflict.  On the newly scheduled day, they didn't show, when I called, was told they would start in the afternoon, still didn't show.  They arrived at 10:00 the next day and started to work.  The roofing went great, everything was cleaned up quickly, but the gutters were forgotten.  After receiving the bill, I called to inquire as to why I am paying the bill when the work was not done, was told the gutters were overlooked.  The crew showed up 2 weeks later and put up some great looking gutters and down spouts in just a couple of hours.  Overall I am very happy with the work, they just need to work on the scheduling portion of the company.

It took longer to get completed because I had to get a new chimney installed first and we had to go back to the insurance company a second time with additional work the original adjuster did not include.
Once they started, it was completed within a couple of days and the clean up was excellent.
Robin (scheduler and billing) was very courteous, professional, and helpful with every question or concern I had during the process.
I am a small business owner and she is the type of employee I would hire in a minute. 
I particularly appreciated the additional savings I received with Truett's coupon on the job.

Service was provided on a timely basis and was completed within the time frame indicated by the sales representative.

I had hail damage.  5 broken shingles and one decking puncture.  I also had a problem with some flashing.  I called and they sent someone out who inspected my roof.  He put a shingle over my decking puncture and then I received a written proposal in the mail which I returned by mail.  Their office manager called me and set up a time to do the repairs. The repairs were made and they sent me an invoice by mail.  Afterward my neighbor made the comment that he had a good experience with them previously.They are professional and timely.  I recommend them based on this one experience.
