We ordered a sliding glass door on approximately March 5, 2014 and were told it would be in within 6 weeks time. We called to check the status around May 5 and the door was still not in. We received a letter from them around the end of May stating that they were behind because of bad weather. There hadn't been any bad weather for a long time. My husband called them again around the 1st of June and they said the door was in and they would install on Sunday June 8 arriving between 800-830 am. They did arrive around 900 and installed the door. They did a good job and were very professional. No complaints about the work they did just on how long it took to get it done!

They did a very good job. They have very good products and very good service. They were very efficient, did a very good job and did it very quickly.

All of the windows leaked around the outside molding after installation to the extent that on a windy day the curtains moved. Rolox sent mechanics twice to examine and adjust the windows with unsatisfactory results. One mechanic on his work order said that the reason for the curtains moving was because of a furnace duct under the window. Finally company admitted the installation was unsatisfactory and removed and reinstalled all of the window with the same result. One set of double windows were removed and reinstalled three times. One of the window frames was broken in the process and a replacement had to be ordered. Furniture was damaged from setting a solvent on top of an Ethan Allen cherry nightstand, shrubs trampled and destroyed. I filed a report with the Wichita Better Business Bureau (WBBB). When I called up the results on my computer the Rolox had replied to the WBBB that I was uncooperative and they took no action. At one point I hired a certified mechanic to conduct a pressurized leak test using inert smoke. I presented the results to along with movies showing leaks. I contacted the manufacturer of the windows to enlist their support to no avail. I finally removed the molding around all of the windows, removed the insulation that had been stuffed around the windows, and used a DAP insulating foam to seal around all of the windows. The result was even better than I could hope for. There are no leaks. The cost of the DAP insulation was approximately $60 the cost of the leak test was $200. These costs in addition to the $7000 of the original contract. I had gotten two other estimates to begin with and Rolox was the middle estimate. I would never ever recommend this company for any type of home improvement work.
