I has an accident that left me without a front time and out of alignment. I called several places including some national box stores and either they would have to order the size of tire or the cost was really high. I called Tires Plus. Not only did they have the tire, it was at a reasonable price and 'Jimmy' was very helpful in determining everything I needed. I had a new tire put on and my front end aligned. Work was done in a little over an hour and that included them having to obtain a part for the alignment. Wonderful experience.

QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HAVE ALWAYS CALLED JOE AND HAVE USED THEM FOR 8-9 YEARS FOR ALL AUTO NEEDS (2 AUTOS). THEY ARE QUICK AND CAN TRUST THEM. WHEN IN KANSAS CITY ONE TIME AND NEEDED HELP THEY GOT ME WITH ONE IN KC.

My college-aged son took his vehicle at the end of the day, after hitting a curb. He was given a written estimate, detailing the repairs needed which included new wheel, alignment, steering knuckles, struts, and new tires, with an amount of almost $1200!!!
Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion at a location where we had prior good experience, and the vehicle was repaired completely for only $190!!!!! All the repairs that were needed were a new wheel and an alignment!!!! He was advised to get at least two new tires in the next few months, but we've already priced that to be an additional $330 for 4 new tires!
I was disgusted with this repair shop's attempt to rip us off for unneeded repairs, to the tune of almost $700 more than we needed to spend. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TIRES PLUS AGAIN, and felt I had a moral obligation to put the word out and warn others of what happened here!!
