Jim returned our call within a few hours. He made accommodations to our schedule to meet at our home to see the issues. We had left over tile and grout from the original work. Jim quickly worked us into his schedule and a few days later had the tiles removed and replaced in a little over an hour. the work was great. Very well done. We had him give us an estimate to lay tile in our master bath and subsequently contracted for that work.
