save your money and don't even bother with this company. They present a very professional from when attempting to gain your business, but that disappears once you are a customer.
I have had house cleaners for most of the past 25 in the different places lived - some services, some individuals. This was one of the worst experiences. Before I get to the problems, I do want to note the crews who cleaned my house were pleasant, respectful, trustworthy people. The issues, (other than the broken table top) were not as much due to them as the company "system" and management. Here are the issues in order of importance to me:
1. The house really wasn't clean. Their "method" does just enough to give the appearance of clean. Great job vacuuming and wiping surfaces. But that's all that was really done. They supposedly use "green" cleaning products, but I'm not sure anything other than warm water and maybe a bit of vinegar was used in my home. The first and second cleanings, they did not empty all the trash from cans in the house - missed 3 of the small ones. When i swiped my hand across the supposedly cleaned vanity top, it cleared dust and grim. moved a small basket to find floor had not been swept or mopped underneath or behind. They do not remove items from surface tops to clean, only clean around them- and they apparently only clean surface tops with a damp cloth - if there is something smudgey house before they clean, it will still be there after.
The management reply to missed areas is "We do have a 24hr satisfaction guarantee so if there are any issues in the future please be sure to call the office within 24hrs and I will send a team back to clean the areas they missed." This means you are expected to be the quality inspector for the cleaning and go to the inconvenience (see item 2) of having to wait again for a crew to return.
They advertise extensively about there "proven system" - but my experience was a system for excuses.
2. Showing up on time as promised is a real issue - and sent me over the edge the 3rd time it happened. I had been given a window of an hour - between 10:30 and 11:30 - for the crew to arrive. The 3rd cleaning was the worst - they arrived 1hour and 20 minutes late at 12:50. The crew did not know they were expected at my house between 10:30 and 11:30, their schedule from management had them doing a 4 hour clean for a new customer (from 8 -12) and they then, understandably, had lunch before arriving at my home. My first call to the office was answered (a rarity it turns out) at 11:50 with a response the crew was on their way and would arrive within minutes - they arrived almost an hour later. The previous cleaning, I had called the office when they had not arrived 20 minutes after the window promised. So this is an ongoing problem - the answer from the owner "The only time that can be more exact is the first time slot of the day which is 8:00-8:30am". MOST FRUSTRATING they will not give you the courtesy of a phone call, even when we knowingly schedule the crew for a later time.
3. Either poor or inexperienced management/ownership. I left feedback after the first cleaning (the second one was days before Christmas and who has time) and emailed directly with the owner after the 3rd. They don't get it. Customer service is apparently not a top priority once you are on their list as a customer - no follow up phone calls (received from other cleaning companies and/or individuals after new cleans) regarding service, as above - no courtesy notification of schedule changes. Rather than saying "here's what we are doing to address your concerns" the attitude is that's they way it is and there is little we can do. The owner did, however, have the time to chastise me "I don't appreciate the language you used" when I stated I was "p***** off about the late arrival". I really think this company has more business than they can competently handle - but rather than focusing on doing a great job for business they have, focus their energy on obtaining new business.
4.. On the second cleaning, a small glass table top was broken while cleaning. The crew stated they would replace and took a measurement. Nothing was done about a replacement. Again - I should have been contacted been contacted by management vs. me having to follow up.
So my search will continue - save your money and don't even bother with this company

TCA came to my home 2 times for house cleaning. Their plan is to do a deep clean in the kitchen and bath area the first clean, then the rest of the house the 2nd clean with a thorough cleaning in all areas at both cleans. Their first visit was in July. They did do a decent job with my upstairs bedrooms/baths. By the time they got down stairs I needed to leave. When I got home, the kitchen was clearly not deep cleaned as I moved stuff on my counter to find behind was not cleaned, the outside of my fridge was clearly not cleaned and the floor was not deep cleaned. Noticed a few other areas of the house were not cleaned as they had presented they would be. Contacted them and the agreed to do the deep clean in the kitchen area again the 2nd clean and redo the other trouble areas I mentioned. They came back in August and the same areas in the bathroom that were not cleaned well still were not. The quality manager that popped in took care of most of those problems. In the process of the cleaning, our stove top (black top on a gas cooktop) had faint scratches. I noticed this a couple of weeks after the 1st clean. The cooktop was farily new and we were very careful when we cleaned not to scratch. When they came for the 2nd clean I asked what they use to clean it. She told me a cloth and occasionally a magic eraser. I requested they not use anything that could scratch the surface further. I also had a problem with the chrome in our master shower. It is now tarnished. I'm not sure what was used and why that happened. I did determine that for the money I was paying it was not worth the trouble to have them clean my home. I talked to the owner and she did offer a discount on the second cleaning for me to be able to purchase the items needed to correct their mistakes. I appreciate her willingness to work with me. It is possible that my expectations were too high. I assumed a cleaning service would clean my house as well if not better than I was able to since that is their sole purpose for being there. I may try another service in the future, but will not use TCA again.
Response from The Cleaning Authority
"Thank you for your review. I'm genuinely sorry it did not work out. Unfortunately we are not a good fit for everyone and visa versa. I hope you find a company to met your cleaning needs. Take care."

They do a standard house cleaning of my home. They will clean the bathrooms, wipe down the walls, and clean the floors. They are also very flexible on what rooms I do need cleaned. For example if I do not need my spare bedroom cleaned I will ask they clean the garage and they are always willing to change for me.

I used to be happy with this service... But they steal. I have photos proving this! Avoid this company
Response from The Cleaning Authority
"The customer called our office Thursday and I returned the call Friday. I did not blow them off. I take this very seriously. I spoke with the wife and explained to her our policy when there is an acusation of theft. She explained to me that her husband had been suspcious of our cleaners and took pictures before and after (not sure why they would continue to allow us in their home if they were concerned of us stealing). It is our policy that if the customer feels a crime (stealing) has been committed in their home then they should file a police report. I asked the cleaners and they said they do not even recall seeing a coin jar in the home and they denied taking anything from the home. The customer never told me anything about missing DVD's or a gift card. The customer never requested a refund. My suggestion is to file a police report to resolve this."

The Cleaning Authority has the most economical business. I have used Molly Maid in the past but The Cleaning Authority does a very good job, I have no complaints with them.

I liked them a lot. They had 2 ladies that came out and worked very hard for 5-1/2 hours. They use green products.
