The Aragon Apartments

Their maintenance and care of the property has deteriorated significantly since the time that I have been here. This year, they tried to go to a salt water swimming pool, but they can't get the chemical balance right so its only been open a few days, but most of the time its closed. I asked if they were getting help from any pool companies and they said that they talked to some. I need the pool to swim so that I can get the exercise that my doctor told me to do. They had damage to some of the garage doors the year before last, but they have yet to repair or replace the garage doors. We had some bad storm damage with tornados this Spring, and they have not been able to replace the awnings that were damaged. They asked the tenants to test out their own balconies after the storm to make sure that they were safe. The sidewalks have many uneven surfaces that are dangerous. We have a lot of pests in the apartments, and when I asked them to come and spray they say that they already have. I am not sure they did spray, they just told me that they sprayed. I asked to speak with the owner of the property, and she told me that I was not allowed to have the name of the owner. I have asked them to come fix cabinets and drawers in my kitchen, but they say that is the way that is has to be. Living here has never been convenient for me, but until now I have not had the energy to move.
