The three toilet issues were taken care of quickly and for a reasonable fee. The 4th issue was not handled efficiently, effectively, or ethically. We were told there was a problem with the intermingling of well water (the well is for irrigation only) and city water. The plumber promised to get back to us but didn't. When I thought I had waited long enough, I called Superior Plumbing again to find out what was going on and was told that on the invoice it mentioned an illegal well and health dangers. THIS WAS NOT ON ANY INVOICE WE WERE GIVEN, it was never mentioned in a phone call (until I called back), it was never mentioned in person. The problem still exists. Superior Plumbing never made a second trip to our property.

Went great! I had dug the hole out wide and deep enough for the service person to get in and repair the seal on the valve.

Great service and great repair guys. They worked swiftly, but also effectively. They made sure the work was done RIGHT, and did it efficiently. My only critical comment was that they sent two guys out to me and charged me for BOTH guys to be there, even though only one of them was necessary to complete the job. The job would have been able to have been completed by either one of them by themselves, and they didn't complete it any faster with two guys because there just wasn't room for two guys to perform the work. But that is the ONLY critical comment. Their price was reasonable/competitive.

The plumber showed-up a little earlier than we arranged which was just fine. He was very cheerful and listened to everything that I had to say. He went about his work very professionally and stayed busy all the time he was here. End result - everything I wanted done was done very well, the area was clean and noisy pipes a thing of the past. I will surely recommend Superior Plumbing to all my friends and will call them first whenever I have a problem in the future.

The guys were polite but did not fix what I needed them to. They also overcharged me for 30 minutes. I have called the manager 4 times in a week and still haven't received a call back. I also asked for an estimate on installing shower and have not received it.

Do not call anyone else but Superior Plumbing of Wichita, Inc., when a professional, reliable, fast, cost-effective Plumber is needed, PERIOD!! Christian OUR plumber was amazing, removed old faucet, placed new faucet we bought ourselves & placed cut off valves under the sink. Greg, who answered the phone was professional, helpful and let us know approximate cost. of the job. Greg scheduled at our convenience plus called the morning to let us know OUR plumber was on his way. We are so pleased and will use Superior's service again!! Big Thanks!!

Fine. Sewage is flowing. The only negative is that I thought it was a little too expensive.

Office staff was excellent and was able to quickly schedule my appointment for the following day after I called. The service technician was very good, nice, knowledgeable, and honest. He even suggested some ways I could save money by doing a few easy things myself instead of paying him. Overall, it was a great experience. He did what I needed done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. While it wasn't cheap ($100/hr labor) I feel that it was good work well done, and I don't at all regret hiring them. While there, he replaced a kitchen faucet with one that I provided, and fixed an old toilet by identifying the problem and replacing the fill valve, and adding a new shutoff on the supply line. Also he flushed out the drain in the basement.

Very dependable, friendly, & professional

responded right away, so my mains water could be turned back on. The new heater got put in the next day.

There was a broken plastic part in some type of a coupling of flexible hose to (I believe) water supply. He did not have
the exact replacement part but pirated a similar part from another source and it worked fine..

The company was kind about flexing the date and time of the cleaning to meet my changing schedule.
The cleaning was very effective -- they worked hard and got a lot of spots out that I thought were permanent. Still some yellow color from pet stains years ago that never would come clean with multiple attempts by multiple methods.
Two problems -- they said everything would dry in a few hours, but it took a few days. Maybe a language problem? Also the weather was hot and humid then. Secondly, I asked about putting furniture up on those little foam blocks that carpet cleaners use, and they said not necessary since the legs were wood not metal. They didn't check carefully enough to notice that the centers of the legs were metal and I have a couple of small light rust stains.
Overall very pleased. The cleaning included application of stain repellant, and it is quite effective -- cat hairball events now can be cleaned up more easily and thoroughly.

It went fantastic! The servicemen were absolutely awesome - very professional, hard working, and respectful! They had a big job to do and wasted no time, they even finished more quickly than anticipated! I will be using Superior moving forward for all my plumbing needs, and strongly recommend them to everyone!

Things went just fine. He was on time but he was a little confused for a while on how to do what he was doing but he figured it out and everything went okay.

I was satisfied with him. He was courteous, friendly and nice. He came here and did his work. He gave us some advice.

The pressure tank for my pump rotted out and flooded my basement . When I called Superior they had a man there in 30 minutes to help me turn the water off. When the job was done the worker cleaned up.

We called for service and got an appointment for 2 days later. No big deal, since the line had been getting slower and slower for 3 years and I was just too cheap to call and too scared to screw it up myself. I just KNEW it was something major! Mike Plumer (true name) showed up on time after calling us, and went straight to work. He troubleshot the problem and had it fixed within an hour. He was very friendly, answered our questions and even put a shutoff on the line (which we didn't have before). We are VERY happy with Mike's work, happy attitude and eagerness to help. I will DEFINITELY call Superior next time I need a Plumer!

My outside faucet sprayed water diagonally underneath my house and also into the basement which was confusing as to why the water sprayed both places. I assumed the water line was under my house and above the basement wall. But Superior explained that the water line cannot be located there because of building codes. As a result, Superior found the issue immediately and replaced the split pipe with only the copper pipe that was broken and not a whole line or anymore than needed to repair the job.
