Description of Work: Company required large deposit for manufacture of sun room This deposit transaction occurred a couple of years ago. I was undergoing numerous back operations and could not worry about my room addition. The company never built the sun room "because they had no contractor in the area". Finally, I located a good window contractor and offered that the Manager, Wade Griffith send me the sun room (actually, a giant garden window-17' across), send me windows so my contractor could install, or send me a refund. Until June of this year, Mr. Griffith said he would work with me. Now, Wade Griffith will not help me in any reasonable way. Mr. Griffith refuses to respond to my calls, will not respond to my registered letters, and has simply gone in hiding. My next step is to fly to Kansas in order to take this company to court. Keep away from these people. You should distribute this rating throughout the country as this manufacturer sells sun rooms throughout the USA..
