The individual sent to install the gutters and downspouts did a poor job. The downspouts were installed crooked. They were not installed in the same positions where the previous downspouts had been. This left areas of discoloration on my house where the old downspouts had been. He also did not pick after himself. There were screws and pieces of cut aluminum on my lawn. He failed to attach one of the downspouts to the house. The downspouts that were attached we attached with a strips of aluminum with sharp edges that snagged clothing; and one of the gutter corners leaked. After two months of calling Sunshine, the company sent the installer back to my house and he remedied everything but one crooked downspout and the discoloration. In fairness to the company, my house was the first guttering job the installer who worked on my house had done, and he repeatedly apologized when he came back to my house. But, after I paid Sunshine, I found that company representatives were slow to respond.
