I liked them a lot. I didn't get charged at all because it went under my insurance. I left my car there and I picked it up later. They did a good job.

It looks beautiful. You would not know that anything was wrong with the car. The color was matched perfectly.

I had hail damage to two vehicles and took both of them to Steven Body Shop for repair. Since these were insurance claims the price was in accordance with the insurance estimate but my deductible was written off and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. One vehicle was taken in on a Monday and was expected to be ready by the following Wednesday. About mid-afternoon on that Wednesday I received a call that it was ready and a driver from Steven's was sent to pick me up to get my vehicle. Much to my pleasant surprise it was washed and vacuumed out. They had it spic and span inside and out. All hail damage had been repaired and there were no dents remaining. My overall experience was excellent and I took my vehicle back in a second time due to more hail damage 3 months later. My wife's vehicle was also repaired by Steven and they did a great job on it too. Unfortunately, the interior light was damaged during the headliner removal and they tried to use epoxy to put it back which failed. When I showed them this they immediately took responsibility and ordered a new one. I do not hesitate to recommend Steven Collision Center as they were very friendly and helpful in every way and they did a great job. A bonus was their cleaning the vehicles inside and out which was not expected.

Everything was on schedule and prompt. The work was complete within a few days as promised. No hesitation to recommend their work to anyone. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

Steven Full Line Collision fixed my 2007 Toyota Prius Base Model after my wife rear ended someone. The work they did was excellent. The front end of the car looked brand new which made the rest of the car look pretty bad. They guarantee their work for life. I was really worried because prii are very difficult to fix and repair. However they did a great job. Initially afterwards I though they didn't do it correctly because we weren't getting very good gas mileage after it was returned to us but then I figured out that the Prius just uses more gas in the winter. The only other complaint I had is that there was a huge scratch on the driver's side door when I picked it up but my wife was not sure if it was caused by the accident or if the body shop did something so I wasn't going to hold them responsible if she wasn't absolutely sure. She still thinks they did it, but there isn't any proof. I would definitely use them again. They worked wonderfully with our insurance company even though our insurance was crap with us. They did it in great amount of time so we didn't have to spend much on the rental car.
