We don't agree with several of their policies and have unfortunately had poor experiences with them missing a critical diagnosis and accidentally administering the wrong shots.  So, after probably a dozen of these types of experiences we decided to go somewhere else.

They were so nice! And they were able to see my Boston the same day to remove a torn toenail. Some reviews said they were pricey, but I found them quite reasonable when compared to other vets. They saw both my Boston and my daschund on the same day we called. Very punctual and listened to our concerns. Didn't try to convince us to do any other treatments that weren't necessary. Definitely going back.

The cat received every test, vaccination, and shot you can think of for a first time appointment. All done very professionally and with love. He received all the proper treatment for a first time kitty patient; however, he did not get fixed, because I knew how expensive it was going to be without the feline castration. (I was right too!)
They were sweet enough to find time for my dog, that I just brought along..:), and discovered she had an ear infection and very, very bad allergies. My poor doggy ended up leaving with A LOT of medications (that were also very expensive).
In the end, my cat is doing great, but has not been fixed yet. Their estimate was very high and I know I could get that done cheaper somewhere else. My dog is almost done with her meds and is doing better.
I highly recommend Skaer! My family has been going there for years and loves them! They have been there for every emergency, new animal, and even comforting during sad situations. They are great!!
If you are a poor college student though...I would look for a cheaper place!

they were very gentle and sweet with my kitty and forthcoming with me. While they are pricey, they keep you apprised of what you are spending as you proceed so you can make decisions and not be shocked st the end. Most off all my pet seemed very comfortable with the caregivers. they are also willing to provide house call services in the future and with four pets, that is a wonderful option

Although this service provider is pricey it is definitely a case of the customer getting what he pays for. All three vets are excellent and conscientious. I have an older dog who has survived cancer, several surgeries, and now Cushing's Disease. She is still going strong! I tell my friends that I would love it if I received this quality of care through my physician.

I like them. They're almost like a family to us. They are dog lovers. They're kinda special people. They're very reputable. They are expensive but you get your money's worth. They stay with it and follow it through. Every time we go in there, they act like they're happy that you come into their door. They're just wonderful people.

Our Vet was Dr. Arnet. She could not have been nicer or more professional. Very thorough. Had suggested a gingervitis procedure for one of the dogs that had been suggested by our old vet, but gave a few options and cost seemed to be a bit less. We are scheduled for the procedure.



Dr. Arnet made a follow up call her self which was pretty impressive and called again later with details after sending an estimate of the procedure that was recommended.



I was very satisfied!!! All the staff was great!

They are a little expensive but we always know that we are going to get really quality care. They have saved our dogs' lives a couple of times. We have confidence in the Dr. Skaer and her knowledge; she is excellent. It is a family owned place and we have used her father before her.
