The job is not a top notch job, there are some parts of the house that was destroyed like my siding but after doing everything, they still fixed the damage but not like the way it used to be. And the owner is difficult to work with.

We were extremely pleased with the work team's punctuality and professionalism and with the quality of their work. This is not the cheapest option when you hire a painter, but you truly do get what you pay for.

Great experience from thorough quote, color decision, prep work, repairs, paint, and clean up.  I will use Jim and his crew again, both for exterior and interior.

We are very pleased with the finished look.  The crew was professional and responsive to my comments.  They took down the downspouts, painted and replaced them.  They removed two awnings prior to painting.  They painted all the window jams on the windows that could be opened.  They protected the windows with plastic to avoid splatters.  Everything got two coats which was sufficient.  We had a rain delay day, but they were back the next day and worked on Saturday to finish the job.  They respected our neighbors property. 
We have had this crew before to paint some interior rooms of our home.  They work well together.

Owner was prompt & on time with estimate.They worked with me on the start date.The crew of three gentlemen were professional painters, quiet, clean, and did an excellent job respecting our home and myself as I was present the entire time.
After the paint dried, some touch work was needed in the bathrooms.  The owner came out, did an inspection, and concurred that more painting was needed.  A painter was sent the next morning and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Jim Sinko came out to provide a thorough estimate during walk through of home. He explained why everything was being done and the costs. He comes out to the site at least two or three times to check on progress, his crews are employees and not subcontractors  and are courteous, professional, and TRUSTWORTHY. 

We weren't given an exact start date (due to weather variables) so it was a bit of a surprise that they showed up one morning and started on our home.  A few weeks prior to the start date a young man came by an power washed our home with the exception of the north end and north east corner where thick ivy was attached to the house.  Removal of this ivy had been included as part of  the paint job.  I asked him if someone would by by later to power wash after they removed the ivy and he said he didn't know.  He did a fair job of power washing.  The ivy was removed the first day or so and the crew used small sanders to sand down the ivy roots that had attached to the brick.  I don't believe that the area previously covered by ivy was ever power washed so I hope it will work out. 
The job was mostly completed in a few days, much quicker than I had expected. We provided a "punch list" to Mr. Sinko and the items were attended to quickly.  Some of the items on the punch list were things that I think should have been attended to without having to ask (such as sweeping up/picking up paint chips from the walks and flower beds.)  However, they showed no irritation with any of our items or in being asked to re-do areas that were not up to our expectation.  They were very gracious in coming back to paint a custom-order door that had not come in yet by the time the job was started and completed.  We thought they had damaged an exterior lamp and when they came out to replace it we all had a laugh when we realized they had simply reinstalled it upside down.  (Point being, they didn't argue about the "damage" but were fully ready to make it right.)
The workers were all polite and cleaned up after themselves pretty well.  The job was done quickly with a minimum of disruption.  I would recommend this company for a professional, efficient job that will be done to the customer's satisfaction.

We had a specific date by which we wanted the work done.  They did meet the date, but I wonder if we didn't cause some quality issues. 

The company came and did the bid within a couple days of when we called.  When we decided to go with this company, it took a little longer than I expected for them to get started.  The crew was nice and were respectful of our property and time. 

When the job was complete, and the owner came to do a walk-around, i pointed out that there were screws missing from our storm windows and from the gutter downspout that had been removed to be painted.  He assured me that he would send someone back out to replace the screws, but no one ever came back.  We also had to spend a few hours picking up paint chips, pieces of tape, and screws from all around the house.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up.  I had also been told that any windows that opened before they painted (which was all of them) would open when they were done, but we are having to cut windows open as we come across them.  There was also one window where the storm window was replaced, without removing the marking tape (to match the storm windows back to the correct places) - so we will need to remove the storm window to get the tape off.  Many of the windows look sloppy around the edges and will require additional work in the spring when we pull down all the storm windows to clean them.

Now a few months later, there are several places on the house that have started to peel or flake - which probably means it wasn't well-prepped before painting.  I haven't decided yet if I should just do the touch-ups myself or ask them to come do that.

The house does look good overall, but these details could have been handled better.

I don't remember what I paid but I know I got it done cheaper.  The guys were great to work with.  They got in here and kept busy.  They worked around me because obviously I had to live in my house while they were doing all of this.  They got what they needed to get done and they got out as quickly as they could.  They did a very professional job on my painting.

Jim Sinko arrived within 24 hrs after phoning him for an estimate.  Work began within  2 days and was completed in 2 days.  Very professional all the way around.  The painting crew did an excellent job on the shed and siding repair.

My only minor complaint was of some minor over spray of paint due to the slightly windy conditions.

They were very good. They were here when they said they would be here and got the job done in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. Their price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

They provided service which was above and beyond.  Jim Sinko was always available for questions and requests.  The painters were very professional and courteous, and personable.  They did extra jobs for us at a very reasonable price without complaint.  Were delightful to work with.  The home looked better than it did when we first built it.  We will use them again without question.  Even former painters noted at the quality of their work.

Their estimate was not the lowest, but we chose them due to their reputation and professionalism.  They kept with the schedule and finished on time.  The workers were all delightful and clearly took pride in the quality of their work.

Although they wern't the lowest estimate nor the highest, everything was done top notch.  The crew was here on time every day and worked professionally till finished.  There was nothing for me to clean up.  They did it all. 

We were very impressed with Sinko Painting.  They showed up when they said they would, the workers were pleasant and punctual, and completed the job in two-and-one-half days.  Our house now looks better than new.  I wholehartedly endorse Jim Sinko and SInko painting.  He and his crew are very professional and really care about the customer.  He provides real value for the work he does.

If you are considering a paint job, either interior or exterior, and live in the Wichita area, this company is definitely worth your attention. Next winter I plan on calling them again for some interior paint work. 

They are superb! Good clean-up, on time, and did everything they said they would do. My house looks brand new!

We had the exterior of our home painted after we had some siding replaced. We had Mr. Sinko come out and give us an estimate of the cost of the exterior to be painted and he also informed us that they also restored decks. Our deck was in need of work also. He sat down with us and gave us an estimate on what everything would cost and let us know that they would normally start the job after the siding job was completed. His crew was prompt and started painting the exterior less than a week after our siding was replaced. They started on Monday and the job was complete by Wednesday. They did an amazing job. My husband and I didn't recognize our house after it was complete. It looked like new home.
