Eric was referred to us by our realtor for a home inspection & radon testing on a home we are purchasing. He arrived on time, was prompt & friendly. The whole inspection took around 2 hours. Printed off a full detailed report and went over everything with us and made recommendations on what needed to be fixed & how urgent each item was. He was willing to answer any questions we had. He also does just radon testings. Totally worth the additional cost ($100) as our readings were 3x over the acceptable limit! I will be passing his information along to my parents as well for radon testing.
