My house pretty much was a total loss! Pat Butler the owner from Servpro was there at the scene. He was so helpful in helping me through the process and explaining to me the next steps. Pat communicated with me that evening and had his crew at the house the next morning. Everyone of his techs was professional and knowledgeable . They answered questions and walked me through the process. I give them Five starsand would HIGHLY recommend.

It didn't go too good. SERVPRO had a plumber come in to take out the old vanity and sink because it had mold. The plumber is the one who broke the cast iron elbow pipe. It is going to be a good sized job and no one will step up and take responsibility of the broken pipe.
