It never fails in today’s society. Loyalty to a brand or company is worthless. Service Guard - A Service of Black Hills Energy has been a home warranty company for my kids in their home for years and the first time they need to use the service because of a leaky water heater, they are told “I am sorry we do not cover that”. The reason, it is inside of a compartment in the bathroom, instead of … I don’t know… out I the middle of a room somewhere. The response was added, that “too many codes are involved in installation”; in other words, Service Guard understood the costs incurred in repairing such an instance and yet knew that they would never cover it so why worry. It pains me that warranty companies and insurance companies alike will do everything they can to get your money; but, when you need them to step up and do the right thing, they find every loop hole they can to bow out of their responsibility. But hey, we will still take your money… thanks. Please share this and do not use them !! Thank you

It was pretty good.  Scheduling waseasy.  They were professional and the carpets were fine.
