The fellow that came out was very nice and got the job done. He was very understanding of our needs and did what needed to be done. It was cold weather but he came out and did it. They did a good job, came on time and they're courteous.

I checked online to determine if any acceptable dishwasher was in stock, so that I would not have to order one and wait.  The web site said that a model that I liked was in stock.  I went to the store.  A salewoman said that that the particular model was not in stock and tried to sell me a different model.  I returned to my office and looked on the website again.  It still showed the dishwasher as in stock.  I ordered the dishwasher online and went back to store to pick up my new dishwasher.  So, it worked out, but this particular sales woman simply was misininformed and not helpful.  I wasted a trip to the store and time at the store looking at other models.

They said they don’t do any repairs the first time they come out. They come and check out what the problem is. They then come back with the tools necessary to make the repairs. But they still charge for the first visit too.
