My car buying experience at Acura of Wichita was pleasant and copacetic. Sales Associate Graham Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and Sales Manager Austin Barnes worked together to get the deal to my satisfaction. Working with Graham felt more like sitting with a well-informed friend chatting about the vehicle rather than feeling pressured to buy. Once I decided to buy, he and Austin worked on getting the price to a mutual agreement. I am satisfied with the transaction and I am impressed with the hospitable environment of the dealership. All went well. Used rewards points to help pay for service. Would prefer the points worth more. Spent $1200 and only received $50 in rewards.

Scholfield was prompt, professional and done before they said they would be. They were easy to work with and friendly. They did a great job.

I've been buying cars from Schofield Lexus for 10 years. They work with me and I wouldn't keep going back if I wasn't totally satisfied with them. The price, quality, and professionalism are excellent.

It still leaked. I took it back and they replaced the gasket again saying that it could have been kinked or twisted when they instaled it. the transmision pan showed no damage but it could still have a pin hole. we will start with another gasket to see if that fixes the problem.I TOOK IT BACK FOUR TIMES BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. I DO  NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FIX ANYONES MERCEDES. IT TOOK THEM FOUR TRIES TO FIX MINE!

They change the fluids, check all of the fluids, and check the air pressure, all kinds of stuff like that.  Overall, I rate them highly.  I would use them again in the future.

They always do a great job. They take good care of us.

They are a high end place and have a lot of amenities. They offer loaner cars and they treat people right.

It pretty much always goes very well. They are good about getting me in quickly and finishing as promised.

I called an left a message for the sales person we wished to work with and he returned the call immediatly and began to find us the vehicle we wanted. They did not have the exact vehicle color and equipment in stock, but they located one in Oklahoma and drove it to Wichita for us to test drive. We drove it for two full days (try that at another dealer). We struck a deal in about 5 minutes and they gave usa new Yukon to drive while they washed and prepped the new Acaidia for us to take delivery. Just to top it off, they hand delivered the title to our office about a week later, saving us a couple of hours driving and waiting in line at the post office to accept registered mail. Great experiance! We will be back.

We paid $300 on that service, which included changing the brake fluid, rotated tires, and replaced the automatic transmission fluid. They did a really good job. We bought the car from them and have been taking the car to them ever since. They get everything fixed and we don’t have any problems with it. They will tell us if we don’t think we need something done. They usually get the work done quickly and we can pick up the car within a couple of hours. Their prices are on the high side, but it is worth the service.

They are very honest, professional and reliable. I would recommend them to others.
