Description of Work: Got a penny size chip on my windshield. Called their 800 number and was able to schedule an appointment the next day at their facility. I was planning to pay cash but the receptionist suggested me to file a claim with my insurance provider. She called my insurance and I ended up paying nothing out of pocket as my insurance waived my deductible. I was very thankful to her for that. The repair was completed professionally and quickly. They cleaned all my windows as well which is nice. The chip is almost invisible now and I haven't had any issue after several days.

+ -1 moreOur weeping willow fell on our car, shattering the back glass completely. It was totally out of the blue and heartbreaking. While my husband cut the tree up for removal, I signed up for Angie's List to find someone to fix the car. Safelite had a good rating and their price was comparable with the others I checked so I made the appointment for the next day. My husband took the car in. He said the wait was longer than expected but otherwise he encountered no problems. They were unable to repair the brake light mounted in the top center of the window because the unit was too damaged but they did try. I waited a couple of months to do this review to see whether any problems would arise and none have. Considering the rain we've gotten nearly daily, I'm confident that the job was done right! Safelite made a very difficult time a little less stressful.

+ -1 moreI had a rock fly up on my car and chip the front window of my car. I called and scheduled an appointment and I got immediately in. They were fast and friendly. It took them roughly a half hour to finish the job, but the mechanics that would walk through the waiting room would say hi and asked if I needed anything to drink. Everyone was professional and the repair work was excellent. I would recommend to everyone!

They emailed confirmation and called before they came as agreed. Work took less than an hour and was completed within promised time frame.
Description of Work: Replaced hail damaged windshield and windshield wiper blades. Work was performed in my driveway.
