ROYAL Heirs is an excellent grooming facility

The place didn't seem very clean and we didn't like the job that the groomer did.

Was not pleased with reception as I was told the groomer was so busy ,that he could not come and talk for a moment . I wanted my pet clipped in a certain way and needed a chance to explain. They sent another person to listen and relay facts. I was not pleased with the grooming. I took her back the next day for repairs.

Suite 900I have used Royal Heirs repeatedly over the years, and have found them to be wonderful to do business with. They don't crate the dogs when they are finished with them. They have an inside area with divisions in it, right in the same room they work in, where the dogs wait. The dog can be grouped with other dogs or kept separate, depending on the temperament of your dog. they have always cut my dog well, and have followed my wishes every time.
Two things especially stand out in my dealings with them, or maybe three. Once, I commented about how well they did at cleaning out my dog's ears, and when I came to pick him up, the groomer had made a spray bottle of the solution they used for me. I can't remember if she charged me or not for it, but that doesn't matter..it was abaove and beyond. The second thing was that once, I thought my husband was going to pick up the dog, and he thought I was going to do it. They were so gracious about the fact that we were way late, and they had every right to be irritated. The third thing was when our dog was dying; I took him in for a final grooming, because I wanted him to be as comfortable as possible, and when his fur was too long he was too hot.

I have been taking my 3 furrkids to Sarah at Royal Heirs for over a year and have never been dissatisfied with the services they provide.
Sarah uses products suitable to their skin and coat needs. They get their nails trimmed and their teeth brushed. They are always very excited when we arrive and very calm and happy when I pick them up.
I always have found Sarah and the staff to be very warm, friendly, caring and appreciate my business.

Was very impressed with facility and attention shown to us when we first visited. Danny (one of the groomers) gave us a thorough tour of all rooms without us even asking and the dogs seemed to be calm. This was our puppy's first grooming and it took the entire 4 hour window to have her groomed. They said she was very nervous and they took her slowly thru all the processes. When I picked her up, I looked thru the window before entering and she was sitting calmly on a pillow in one of the playpen areas they have. She looked great and Danny groomed her exactly as I had asked. Their price for a little dog was $40.77 tax included. This included bathing, grooming all areas, toe nails filed (not clipped), and a blueberry facial! This was just a bit higher than another place I visited but only by $4.00. They do have a frequent visit program where they'll take $5.00 off the next visit if you book it when you pick your dog up. We will most likely return and I may raise the 4 star rating to a 5 at that time. I am just very stingy with my 5 star ratings, especially based on just one visit.

UPDATE 8/23/13 -- just wanted to give an update after going to Royal Heirs for 1 1/2 years. We still like the facility and Danny has been our groomer all along. He gives our dog a good cut every time!
