Re-Bath LLC

It took 5 days to complete the work. The men were punctual and they removed the tub and sink from the guest bathroom and replaced with a one-piece sink and a walk-in shower. It is beautiful and we love it. the shower has a hand-held unit and a rain shower head. Oiled bronze Delta fixtures. Is a wonderful shower.



The master bedroom bath was totally re-done. New floor, new sinks (two-tone), new toilet (flat sides) and wonderful 5 foot shower with a full seat. The fixtures are oiled bronze Delta fixtures, with a hand held unit and a rain shower head. It is a beautiful bathroom done in brown and taupe and the shower is truly an outstanding shower. We are very pleased.

They did everything as promised. They were prompt. I thought they did a good job and they were professional. I was a little surprised because they did have a lot of negative feedback online. I understand the franchise has been under different management for the past couple of years. You can't always believe everything you read online. Once they came out, everything was fine. I did like them.

It was not a good experience. The workmanship was horrible. My carpet was cut too wide for the shower base, the framework to the shower was scratched in several places by the workers and the shower walls are not level. The general manager is not honorable. He will blatantly lie to you. I don't think anyone else should have to experience what I did. They are not willing to fix any of their damage. They took us to small claims court and he lied in front of the judge. He said whatever he had to say to get the judge to rule in his favor, so we had to pay for the job and now I'm stuck having to pay another service provider to fix what he messed up.
