Concrete Foundation Repair
Piers were installed under our sunroom to prevent further sinking. Personnel were very professional and courteous. Work was accomplished in one day. I would recommend Spartan Ram Jack for any foundation repair.

My crew consisted of Dave Tinsman, Project Manager, Jeff, Job Foreman, and Robert, Shelby, Shawn and Cameron -- a better bunch of guys I've never met. From start to finish, the job went very smoothly. I had piers placed on three sides of my home and when the job was done, and the crew left, it looked like I had just cleared out shrubs to prepare to update my landscaping. They did a first rate job from start to finish. I highly recommend Ram Jack, could not be happier with the job they did for me.

The center beam in our home was sagging. RamJack added an additional 2x8 to the beam and provided 4 additional jack locations. The floor is very level and solid now. Dave Tinsman was wonderful to work with. The project took longer than expected but we are completely satisfied with the end result.

Ram Jack laid all the options out for us for what we knew was going to be an involved job. Ultimately they recommended a rewear, which involves digging up our yard. They worked quickly to limit our inconvenience and even put our plants back where they belonged.

Concrete Foundation Repair
We had a crack in our foundation repaired. The first time the repair was completed, we had water come thru again about a month later. I called Ram Jack and they came out the very next day to repair the crack again at no additional cost to me. I haven't had another leak since the second repair was completed. The service tech was very nice and informative each time her came out. I would recommend Ram Jack for the cost and level of service.
