In early December 2015 I called RamJack in Wichita, KS to come out and assess our basement settling issues.   They took measurements throughout the house and outside to record how much foundation settling had occurred.   Shortly after that, they came back to visit with us about their proposal and what the cost would be.   We thought about it for a while and decided to have them do the work.   They came back on January 20, 2016 to go over it again and we and we signed the contract to have the work done.   Each visit to our home was a 200 mile round trip.   Their crew arrived on Monday February 22, 2016 to begin work.   They excavated down to the basement wall footings and set up to install their lifting equipment.   There where 13 Helix Piers installed outside on the North and West side of the house.   They also did 7 Helix Piers inside the basement on the East wall and 5 Helix Piers on the outside of our attached Garage.   All of the work was completed by mid afternoon on Friday February 26, 2016.   They worked long days and answered all of our questions about what was being done.   We were very pleased with how professional and pleasant everyone from RamJack was and how they cleaned up everything after the work was completed.   RamJack did a great job for us and we are very happy about the outcome.
